Terms of Service

tourzen is a product of IREMOTE, Inc. ("IREMOTE", "we", "us"). tourzen — the group trip planning app referenced on this site — has not yet launched. These Terms currently govern your use of this marketing website (tourzen.ai) and the interest-collection ("early access") form; they do not yet govern use of the tourzen app itself, since it is not live.

When tourzen launches, a separate or updated Terms of Service will govern the app, and we will notify early-access signups before it applies to them. Using this website (including submitting the early-access form) means you agree to the terms below in the meantime.

1. This website

This site describes tourzen, a product still in development, and collects expressions of interest from prospective users and organizers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a live service, and no account, subscription, or purchase is available here.

2. Early access / interest collection

Submitting the "Start a trip — free" / "Notify me" form gives us your email address (and, optionally, your first name) so we can contact you when tourzen becomes available. That information is sent to and stored in our CRM (HubSpot) — see the Privacy Policy for detail.

Signing up for early access does not create an account, does not obligate you to anything, and does not guarantee access to any particular version or timeline of the product.

3. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website: no scraping at a rate that degrades service, no attempting to access non-public areas or data, no submitting the interest form with false information at volume (e.g. to spam our CRM), and no using the site to violate applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The tourzen name, logo, and the content of this site (copy, design, imagery we own) belong to IREMOTE, Inc. or its licensors. Destination photography is licensed under the Unsplash License and credited where the site requires it. Nothing here grants you a license to IREMOTE’s trademarks or brand assets.

5. No warranty

This site and the early-access process are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that tourzen will launch on any particular timeline or with any particular feature described here.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IREMOTE, Inc. excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of this site or participation in early access. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which, since the site is free to use, is zero.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IREMOTE, Inc. harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising from your access to or use of this site, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site and product evolve — most notably when tourzen itself launches and a service-specific Terms of Service takes over. We’ll update the effective date above when we do; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
