Your trip carries passports, medical notes, and money. Here's what happens to that data — in plain words, with the standard names in parentheses.
Everything between your phone and tourzen travels through the same encrypted channel your bank uses — the strongest your browser supports (TLS 1.3).
Your data is stored encrypted (AES-256). Sensitive items — policies, passports, medical notes — carry an extra lock of their own, so even inside our systems they stay sealed.
Access follows two questions: what's your role? (organizer, yatri, guide — RBAC) and what's your relationship to this exact thing? (your stay's WiFi code, not the next room's — ReBAC). Both must say yes.
Sign-in is handled by dedicated authentication infrastructure with passkeys, SSO, and multi-factor support — no passwords stored on our side to leak.
Sensitive data keeps a diary: every access is logged, and reveals (like emergency access) notify the person it belongs to. Nothing happens to your data in the dark.
tourzen's AI drafts your trip or reads your policy card inside your private space. Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone's — and never leaves your account to do its job. The automations work for you, not on you.
