Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

This is IREMOTE, Inc.’s ("IREMOTE", "we", "us") privacy policy, shared across every IREMOTE product marketing site — currently sisir.ai and tourzen.ai — because IREMOTE, Inc. is the single data controller for all of them, and today’s actual data-handling practices (how the early-access form works, HubSpot, consent-gated analytics) are identical company-wide, not specific to any one product. It covers those marketing sites and their early-access interest forms only. None of IREMOTE’s products (sisir, tourzen, or others as they launch) is live yet; each will publish its own service-specific privacy terms — covering the actual product data it handles — before or at launch, and this policy will link to them once they exist.

1. What we collect

Today, IREMOTE’s marketing sites collect only:

  • Early-access forms: the email address and optional first name you submit, plus which site, page, and button sent you here (used internally as lead-source context, not shown to you).
  • Analytics (only after you accept a site’s cookie-consent banner): standard, aggregate website-analytics data via Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type. No analytics loads before you consent, on any site.

2. How we use it

Early-access data is used to notify you when the product you signed up for launches and, occasionally, to ask early users for feedback that shapes it. We do not use it to send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Analytics data (collected only post-consent) is used in aggregate, per site, to understand which parts of that site are useful, and is not tied to your early-access submission.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with the following processors, and no one else:

  • HubSpot — our CRM, shared across all IREMOTE products. Your early-access email/name is stored there so we can reach you at launch. HubSpot processes it on our behalf under its own data processing terms.
  • Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) — only if you accept analytics cookies on a given site. Google processes aggregate site-usage data on our behalf, per site.

4. Security

Data in transit to any IREMOTE marketing site is encrypted (TLS). Early-access submissions are transmitted directly to HubSpot over an encrypted connection and stored in HubSpot’s systems, which maintain their own security and compliance program. This policy covers marketing sites and early-access forms only — the account-level protections each product’s own marketing page may describe (encryption, access controls, and similar) describe the product being built, not this policy’s scope, and apply once each product’s own app actually launches.

5. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the early-access data we hold on you at any time — including removing yourself from an early-access list entirely. We honor these requests promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you additionally have the specific statutory rights those laws provide, including the right to data portability and to opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

6. Cookies

No IREMOTE marketing site sets analytics or advertising cookies until you explicitly accept them via that site’s banner. Declining, or simply not responding, means no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for that site (the banner will reappear). Your choice on one IREMOTE site doesn’t carry over to another — each is a separate decision.

7. Data retention

We keep early-access submissions until the relevant product launches and for a reasonable period after (to complete launch outreach), or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

8. Children’s privacy

IREMOTE’s marketing sites and early-access forms are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We’ll update the effective date above whenever this policy changes, and — for anything material — we’ll flag it on each site rather than silently editing the page.
